Oatmeal Rolls(Breakfast) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 c. dry oatmeal
3 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil. Add oatmeal and butter and simmer 1 minute. Add brown sugar and white sugar. Cool slightly. Heat remaining water to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0. Add yeast. Add salt, oatmeal mixture, yeast and half of flour in a large bowl. Mix well. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board and knead 6 to 8 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Add additional flour if needed. Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch dough down; divide in half and shape each half into 12 balls. Place 1-inch apart in 2 greased 9 x 13 pans. Cover and let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
