Ingredients

pastry for 1 pie
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla
any flavored jam
Preparation

Line muffin tins with pie pastry.
Prick openings.
Bake at 425\u00b0
until light brown.
Fill centers with flavored jam.
Cover with a mixture of sugar, vanilla, Cool Whip and coconut.
