Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 - 2 1/2 c. flour (more flour higher cookies)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 c. rolled oats (quick cooking)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars together.
Add eggs. mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
Stir in rolled oats.
Add nuts or raisins if desired. Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
