Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 can water
    1 c. crushed Cheese Nips
    1 c. stuffing mix (herb flavored)
    1 stick butter
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Pour vegetables into 13 x 2 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix soup, sour cream, onion,
    cheese and water in separate bowl.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Melt butter.
    Mix with crackers and stuffing mix. Sprinkle over dish.
    Cook for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
