Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3/4 tsp. minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into 2 rolls; wrap in foil and tie ends.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Do not remove foil. Place in pan, covered with water.
    Boil 60 minutes.
    Put on rack and punch holes in the foil to drain.
    Rewrap and refrigerate. Serve when cooled.
