Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    flour (to dredge)
    salt and pepper to taste
    grease (to fry)
    2 c. sliced apples
    2 c. sliced zucchini or 4 c. of either
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. maple flavored syrup (reserve 1 Tbsp. drippings)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper and dredge pork chops in flour.
    Brown on both sides.
    Remove and drain off drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon in skillet.
    Return chops to skillet and top with apples and zucchini. Top with brown sugar and syrup.
    Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes.
