Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. beet juice
    1 c. beets, diced
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. onion juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mold. Serves 7.
