Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (may mash through ricer)
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. sherry, rum or brandy
    1/2 c. melted butter (1/4 lb.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until they are thick and fluffy.
    Mix all of the other ingredients and then fold in the beaten whites.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
