Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 1/3 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (1 1/3 c.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling salted water.
Cook beef and onions until brown.
Drain.
Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce.
Cook until thickened.
Drain noodles.
Combine cream cheese and evaporated milk in warm saucepan until smooth.
Mix noodles and garlic salt.
Stir noodles and milk mixture together.
Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: noodles, meat and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
