Karl Malone'S Hot Crab Salad Jazz C B - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh heads lettuce, chopped
    6 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 cucumbers, chopped
    2 c. raisins
    chopped green onions
    1 stick butter
    4 lemons, squeezed
    1 large bottle Ranch dressing
    12 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. large crab flakes
Preparation
    Toss together lettuce, eggs, cucumbers, green onions and raisins and set aside.
    Melt butter and lemon juice and let simmer on low.
    Heat in medium saucepan 24 ounces of Ranch dressing and cheese.
    Heat until cheese has melted.
    Heat crab flakes in microwave for 5 minutes.
    Mix butter and lemon, Ranch dressing and melted cheese together; add crab flakes to lettuce mixture.
    Just before serving, top with heated dressing and eat while warm.
