Pineapple Whips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 egg
    green food coloring
    10 oz. well drained crushed pineapple
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Prepare a graham cracker crust in 8 x 8-inch pan and cool. Beat confectioners sugar, margarine and egg, adding a few drops of vanilla and food coloring.
    Spread mixture over graham cracker crust in pan.
    Whip the cream; fold in pineapple and spread on top of mixture in pan.
    Refrigerate for 12 hours.
