Banana Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 small bananas
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Slice bananas and beat well into mashed mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients. Blend and beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on rack.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
