Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Stir in shortening. Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons water.
    Add to buttermilk.
    Mix with dry ingredients.
    Will keep in refrigerator for a week.
