Pina Colada Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free instant banana pudding mix
    2/3 c. Carnation nonfat dry milk powder
    1 1/2 c. Yoplait plain fat-free yogurt
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. canned crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice and undrained (8 oz. can)
    1/2 c. Cool Whip lite
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 c. diced banana (1 medium)
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add yogurt, water and pineapple with juice.
    Mix well using a wire whisk.
    Blend in Cool Whip lite, coconut extract and rum extract. Add banana.
    Mix gently to combine.
    Evenly spoon mixture into 6 dessert dishes.
    Top each with 1 teaspoon flaked coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
