Giant Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    18 giant shells
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells as directed.
    Brown beef, onion and garlic until beef is crumbly.
    Drain fat; cool.
    Stir in cheese, crumbs, parsley and eggs.
    Stuff shells.
    Spoon 1/4 spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place shells on top.
    Pour rest of meat and sauce over top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
