Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 to 4 raw apples, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
