Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 c. milk
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. grated mild cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream (not whipped)
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets, or bake in microwave (not too mushy).
    Cool; peel.
    Grate them into baking dish.
    Heat other ingredients together until cheese melts.
    Pour over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
