Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. solid pack pumpkin
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease
    and flour two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Beat eggs,
    then
    add pumpkin, oil and sugar.
    Mix well. Add dry
    ingredients
    just
    until moistened.
    Add nuts. Bake about 1 hour or until pick comes out clean.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes and remove from pans.
