Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (long grain)
1 stick margarine
1 onion
1 jar sliced mushrooms
2 cans Campbell's beef consomme soup
Preparation

Melt margarine; add onion.
Cook until onion is tender. Add rice,
mushrooms
and
soup.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
