Charcoal-Broiled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive or corn oil
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    pinch of oregano
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Combine oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic salt; marinate shrimp in sauce at least 1 hour.
    Grill on a wire rack over coals 5 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink. (Do not overcook.)
    Serve with cocktail sauce for dunking.
