Walnut Crescent Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped black walnuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Add vanilla, flour and nuts; mix well.
    Chill for 3 hours or longer.
    Form dough into long rolls, 1/2 inch across.
    Cut in 3-inch lengths.
    Shape into crescents.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Do not brown.
    Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
