Cholesterol Free Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites at medium speed until frothy.
    Beat in milk and margarine until blended.
    Beat in flour and salt until smooth. Fill 12 greased muffin cups about 3/4 full.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes until nicely browned at 375\u00b0.
