Banana Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
5 to 6 bananas, sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip
chopped walnuts
maraschino cherries

Preparation

Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Beat confectioners sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs for 20 minutes.
Pour 1/2 of this mixture into the crumbs.
Sprinkle 1/2 banana mixture on top.
Pour remaining layer of sugar mixture and the rest of banana mixture on top.
