Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. drained sauerkraut
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. can garbanzos
1 c. sugar
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced pimiento
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine sauerkraut, oil, vinegar, celery, drained garbanzos, sugar, pepper, pimiento, green pepper and onions.
Mix well. Refrigerate at least 12 hours to blend flavors.
Serves 10 to 12.
