Quick Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    pepper to taste
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown beef with onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
    Stir in corn, tomato sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Arrange cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
