Greens With Basil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. torn salad greens
1 apple, quartered, cored and sliced
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. basil
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

For salad, place salad greens in a large salad bowl.
Top with apple and mushroom slices.
