Scandinavian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry cream of mushroom soup mix
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. milk
    3 c. dry egg noodles
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion and salt.
    Shape into balls.
    Brown in oil in skillet.
    Remove.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir 1/2 cup water into pan drippings.
    Add 1 cup water to soup mix.
    Stir into pan, stirring and bring to a boil.
    Cover; heat 10 minutes.
    Make egg noodles as directed on package.
    When noodles are cooked, drain and top with meat balls.
    Makes 6 servings.
