Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 head cabbage
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper.
    Drain sausage.
    Chop cabbage in pot and add sausage and all other ingredients.
    Steam until cabbage is tender.
