Peanut Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Cream
    butter,\tsugar
    and salt until light and fluffy. Combine
    sweet
    potatoes, eggs and syrup, vanilla and peanuts. Add to butter-sugar mixture and mix until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell.\tGarnish with two tablespoons chopped peanuts. Bake pie in
    preheated
    375\u00b0 oven 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted
    in
    center comes out clean.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
