Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
dash of cinnamon
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together, then add flour, spice, apples and pecans.
Bake in tube pan for approximately 1 hour.
