Grillin' Out Mexican Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 ice cubes
    4 buns
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix beef with green pepper, onion, chili powder, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
    Shape beef into 4 patties, each around an ice cube (grilling melts the ice, leaving the meat juicy).
    Grill to desired degree of doneness.
    Turn patties often. Toast buns on grill a few minutes before burgers finish cooking. Serves 4.
