Chocolate Yum Yum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 large container Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Crust:
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Take off fire and mix flour and nuts.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.
