Crop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
5 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chopped cauliflower
1 c. diced carrots
2 c. milk
1 c. cubed cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. diced potatoes
1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook all vegetables until done.
Melt butter; add flour.
When smooth, gradually add broth, vegetables, milk and seasonings. Simmer; add cubed cheese.
