Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; put into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
