Caramel Glaze For Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue cooking until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in confectioners sugar.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Drizzle over cooked cake and garnish with pecan halves.
