St. James Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    margarine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix the spinach, cottage cheese, nutmeg, eggs, onion and garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with the crackers and dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
