Salomi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. mustard seeds
    1/4 Tbsp black pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Morton's tender quik
    1 c. water
    1/4 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix; divide into 3 logs and wrap in foil, shiny side out. Place in fridge for 24 hours.
    Puncture logs and place on broiler pan with 2-3 cups of water in bottom of pan.
    Bake 300 for 90 minutes.
