Noodles With Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles, cooked al dente
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 c. cottage cheese
    dash of sugar
    few grinds fresh pepper
    2 to 3 dashes salt
Preparation
    In blender (or food processor), combine egg, milk, cottage cheese and seasonings until a thin mixture.
    In large frying pan, melt butter.
    Add noodles which have been well drained and cook until slightly browned, stirring frequently.
    Turn heat to low and stir in egg mixture to coat noodles.
    Cook until set, about 20 minutes (don't stir).
    Best served right away.
