Garlic Sauce(Salsa Di Aglio) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. olive oil (thin with Wesson oil, if desired)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. parsley, fresh or dried
    1 can anchovies (3 to 7 pieces to taste)
    small amount water (if desired)
Preparation
    Mash garlic to a paste with the salt.
    Add olive oil to garlic, a little at a time.
    Mix in lemon juice and parsley.
    Then add anchovies, if desired.
    Whisk in an electric blender (not necessary).
    Pour over spaghetti.
