Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 biscuits
Preparation
    Beat together milk, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Stir in bread crumbs (bisciuts).
    Pour mixture into 1 or 2-quart baking dish, greased with vegetable shortening.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clear.
    Serve hot or cold.
