Norwegian Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham flour
    1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted lard
    3 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Add enough white flour to roll, approximately 3 cups.
    Take a piece of the dough and roll out on floured board until very thin.
    Using a lefse turner, put onto grill and cook on both sides.
    Have oven warmed to 250\u00b0. When one piece
    of flat bread has been cooked, put it into the oven to dry out.
    When the next piece has been cooked, remove the one from the oven and continue in this fashion until all dough is used. Store in a pasteboard box.
    Keeps well.
    I break the large piece into smaller pieces for storing.
