Sunday Dinner Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake to mix.
    Place 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in bag.
    Shake well. Repeat procedure.
    Heat oil and oleo in a large skillet. Add chicken and brown on both sides over high heat (375\u00b0). Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook 20 minutes.
