Marmalade Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    2 cans Mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 small Cool Whip
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Crumble crackers.
    Add sugar and melted butter.
    Place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Save a cup of crumbs to spread over top when finished.
    Mix remaining ingredients and place on top of crust and sprinkle with remaining Ritz crackers.
    Chill at least 2 hours and then ready to serve.
