Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. softened margarine
    1/4 tsp. each: thyme, pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed on package.
    Drain well.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Shape in 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until firm on a greased cookie sheet (can do night before).
    Yields 48 appetizers.
