Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large red sweet peppers
    12 large green peppers
    15 medium sized onions
    3 pods hot pepper
    3 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Use coarse grinding blade and grind all together.
    Then cook all together for one hour.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
    Makes 6 pints.
