Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add flour and
    sugar.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan, making a rim around
    edge.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
    Meanwhile,
    beat
    the 4 eggs slightly.
    Add 2 cups sugar and the lemon juice.
    Fold in flour and baking powder.\tPour over baked
    crust and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
    Sprinkle
    with
    sugar
    and
    cut
    into squares.
