Scalloped Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
    1 stick melted margarine, sliced
    1 can Pet or Carnation evaporated milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Town House)
Preparation
    Mix green peppers, cheese, margarine, evaporated milk and cracker crumbs in a greased casserole dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
