Cheesecake #3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. orange peel, finely shredded
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Crust:
Combine melted butter and crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Pat evenly into bottom and about 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
