Pilaf Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion
    3 Tbsp. pine nuts
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. currants
    2 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    3 Tbsp. yogurt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Fry onion in 1/4 cup of butter in saucepan until transparent. Add pine nuts and rice; saute until light brown.
    Add currants, water and dash of pepper.
    Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
    Add melted butter.
    Cool before using as stuffing.
    Stuff chicken with 1 cup of pilaf.
    Combine yogurt and salt; brush half over chicken.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake 1 hour more, basting with yogurt.
