Cinnamon Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. melted butter, divided
    additional melted butter (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk and 1/4 cup butter, stirring until butter melts. Cool mixture to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
    Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and yeast.
    Gradually add milk mixture to dry ingredients, mixing at low speed of electric mixer.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Add 3/4 cup flour; beat at medium-high speed 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough (2 1/2 to 3 cups); stir in raisins.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic (about 7 minutes).
